Elsa was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago and was a resident of Toronto, Ontario.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church, 92 Steeles Ave. West, Thornhill on Wednesday April 8th, 2026 at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery Thornhill.
