Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 8:45am, in his 76th year. Dearly beloved husband of Rita (Kamala) for 40 years. Dearest father of Charmaine (Philip Thayaparan) and Harlan (Anoj Sandrasagara), eldest son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Joseph of Karampon, Sri Lanka, brother of Jessie and her husband Anton Benedict and Anton Joseph and his wife Vasanthi, and adoring grandfather of Leann and Aadrien. Fondly cherished by nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and many in the Tamil community. He was a retired Chartered Accountant from U.K. and Canada. Visitation will take place at Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge St (South of Steeles Ave) on March 22 and March 23 from 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place on March 24 at St. Edward the Confessor (75 Churchill Ave) at 9 a.m. Interment York Cemetery.
