Her life can be encapsulated by a few words; Family, Friends, Independence, Sassy and Sweet.
Janet was predeceased by her husband, Alex, siblings; Chris, Selby, Louise and Gladys. Her unwavering love is cherished by her surviving siblings: Ray, Mary, and Ida, along with many nieces, nephews, God-daughter and extended family. She will be remembered with warmth and humour. Janet will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew her.
Her wishes were for a small, quaint and informal ceremony where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband.
In lieu of flowers for those that chose, a donation in her memory, to the Diabetes Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
