After a long healthy life, our beloved mother Jeanne Ross Evans passed away on May 30, 2011. She leaves behind her loving husband of 60 years, Richard Evans, children Wayne (Marilyn); Karen (Robert); Warren (Melanie). Her grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, Julian, Jake, sisters- in-law, Marjorie, Jean, brother Bill and brother-in-law Jack, her many nieces and nephews will miss her forever. Jeanne will join her beloved brother Alan, mother Jesse, and father Fred in heaven. A celebration of Jeanne's full life will be at Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, North York on Sunday, June 5. Visitation begins at 12 p.m., service at 2 p.m., followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
