With family by her side, Joan passed away peacefully on March 25, 2014, having just attained her 80th birthday on March 21, 2014. Beloved wife of Donald W. Young for 57 years. Loving mother of Michael and Leslie. She will be fondly remembered by her relatives, family and friends for her lovely smile and giving nature. A special thanks to the hlping professionals of Cummer Lodge and North York General Hospital for their care and compassion.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home “ North York Chapel”, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto (south of Steeles Avenue) on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 2pm. Refreshments to follow.
