Johan Carel Victor Vanderwerff, age 94, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Johan was known as "Hans" to those who loved him. He was born in Assen, Netherlands and immigrated to Canada with his family.
Beloved husband of the late Aaltien, affectionately known as "Vonnie".
Loving father of Evelyn, Marjory (John) and Mirjam (Marshall).
He will be fondly remembered by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
And by his community of faith as a man of conviction and compassion.
A private family service will be held at the Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Home, (6191 Yonge St. Toronto, south of Steeles Ave.)
Interment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
