Passed away suddenly on Sunday July 16, 2017. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Jackie. Loving Son of Douglas and Christine McNeill and Macario and Asuncion Valle, he is survived by his sister Anna, and his brothers Tom, Jim, Patrick(Julie), Terri(Brian) and Kevin(Amanda). Devoted Father of Kevin, Jennifer(Jason) Moore and Roseann(Chris). Cherished Grandfather of Heather, Christopher, William, Daniel and Rebecca. Fondly remembered by Mercy, Marvie and Julie.
