Klara rejoins in eternal life with her husband, Sandor Laszlo Kovacs, her older sister, Piroska Kelecsenyi, and her parents Ferenc Kelecsenyi and Ilona Meszaros.
She will be remembered as a loving mother, and for her extraordinary faith and commitment to her church community at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish.
The family would like to express deep thanks to the doctors, nurses, personal support workers and coordinators of the home palliative care program, who helped support a smooth and comfortable transition, allowing Klara to remain in her family home throughout this process.
Funeral services will take place at 11 am on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 432 Sheppard Avenue East in Toronto.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider making a donation to the St. Francis Foundation of Deva, founded by Csaba Bojte, to help support orphaned and homeless children in Hungary and Romania.
