It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Manuel Miguez on Monday August 23/21. Manuel was born 1939 in Orense Spain. Manuel is survived by his sister Cristina and his 4 children Maria, Avelino and his wife Davina, Jose, Soledad and his cherished grandson Benjamin.
Our dad was a strong hardworking man filled with ingenuity. He was fiercely loyal and surrounded himself with a small circle of family and chosen friends. He was a dedicated husband and taught us devotion leading by example with the love and loyalty he had for our mom. He was a loving grandfather to his only grandchild Benjamin and you could watch him light up when they were together. He bravely and stubbornly battled with his health for a very long time…the battle is over, we know you were tired. Abuelo you can finally rest and watch over us with mom. May you rest in eternal peace.
