Born in Cobalt, Ontario on St. Patrick’s Day 1926, Patricia experienced and lived much during her amazing lifetime. Pat as she was known, loved the outdoors, traveling and was always ready for an adventure. An avid knitter and card shark extraordinaire, she was loads of fun and loved a party. In her youth, along with her dear friend Barb, she embarked on a youth trip biking through the Rockies an adventure she treasured throughout her lifetime. Her strength and determination always apparent she skied, scuba dived and windsurfed (learning at 65). Always willing to learn although challenged as we all are at times by ever changing technology she embraced it learning new tips and tricks right up to her very last day.
Beloved wife of the late Ben, we are certain they are dancing on the other side and he, her parents, brother and many friends are having a party now that she has arrived. The core members of the Northern Ontario Martini Club will no doubt have been holding open the door with a rousing cheer.
Survived by her children Clark, Barb (Kathleen), Rob (Catharine), grandchildren Sydney, Morgane, Quentin & Patrick and great grandson Reid, as well as her nephew Scott of whom she was very fond.
She loved spending time with her family and spent many weeks each summer with Rob, Cath & Patrick. They were blessed to be able to move her into their home 1/3 of the way into the pandemic. She was dearly loved by her family and friends. She is missed.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.kanejerrettnorthyork.ca for the Davis family.
