It is with profound sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Dr. Samuel Noh on October 11, 2023, at the age of 76, in the presence of his beloved family.
Samuel was born on the 23rd of November, 1946, in Shin-Ee-Joo, North Korea (before there were two Koreas), to Noh Myung-Gap and Lee Joeng-Soon. On October 6, 1970, he united in love with Kyoung-Ai Noh in South Korea. Their journey led them to Canada in 1971, where they found their home and raised their children in London, Ontario.
Samuel loved to travel with his wife and visited many parts of the world for personal and professional reasons. In retirement, he resided in Toronto, Ontario and enjoyed playing golf with both family and friends and travel became golf trips.
He was a beloved son, a caring sibling, a devoted spouse, a nurturing parent, and an adoring grandparent. His kindness and generosity extended to his friends and co-workers as well.
Samuel is survived by his cherished wife, Kyoung-Ai Noh, his son and daughter-in-law, Paul Noh and Moon Jong Lee, his daughter and son-in-law, Marianne Noh and Yoonjai Shin, and his adored granddaughter, Ashley Noh. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends far and wide.
