She is survived by her children Laurie and Chris, and her stepchildren Wendy (Chiu), Jane, and Lorraine. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, along with extended family and friends.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband Ron and her parents Thalia and Angus Gillis.
Ron and Shirley were a loving couple and enjoyed spending time together through their long marriage. Shirley and Ron enjoyed sailing, vacations, playing games and cards with family and friends.
A private cremation has been held.
