Born in Skopia, Florina, Greece on February 14, 1928, to his parents Stefanos and Sava, he was predeceased by them, his sister Velika (Ray), and his beloved wife Olga, with whom he shared 69 wonderful years of marriage.
He will be remembered for the deep love and pride he had for his family and for the life he built. To all who knew him, he was a kind and gentle soul—always ready to help, selfless, generous, and charitable. It is no surprise that he touched so many lives and formed lasting friendships throughout his lifetime.
He cherished traveling with his wife, visiting Greece, Florida, the Bahamas, Barbados, and Australia. When at home, they found joy in spending time together in their garden.
His greatest love was his family. He was an exceptional role model, teaching by example the values of hard work, kindness, responsibility, and compassion.
He leaves behind his treasured family: his son Peter; daughter Sandra (John); grandchildren John (Emma), Stephanie (Steve), Stephen (Courtney), Christina (Jason), and Philip (Katie); and great-grandchildren Peyton, Arya, Isla, Taylor, Nolan, Darcie, Jackson, Tya, and Rowan. He is also lovingly remembered by his nieces Olga (Fred) and Margaret (Dan).
His legacy lives on in the family he cherished and in the countless lives he touched.
May his memory be eternal.
