Peacefully passed away in her sleep on Thursday July 12, 2012 at the age of 50. Beloved wife of Robert Rosie Rowbotham. Caring and devoted mother of Vanessa and Jazmine. Valarie leaves behind her loving sisters Denise and Nicole, and is survived by her mother Lorraine Phillips and aunt Joannie Phillips.
