Viola (Nagy) Toth

She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, William (Bill) Toth; her children, Cornelia (D’Arcy), George (Katrina), and Erika; her grandchildren, Estelle, Noah, Blair, Nina and Kyle; and her siblings, Irén, Ferenc, László, Anna Mária, János, Márta, Gabriella, and their families. Viola has gone to rest with her parents, Margit and Ferenc, and her younger brother Imre.

Viola will be remembered for a life well lived. She was our beautiful, gentle, kind, funny, caring, loyal, and generous wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was known for her sweet nature and her warmth, touching the lives of those who knew her. There is nothing Viola held back that she could give: her love, her prayers, her time, her resources, her strengths as well as her limitations. Viola’s gentle, giving spirit testified that God’s grace is sufficient, and that His power is made perfect in weakness. Her life was the fragrance of rich perfume, poured out for others unto the Lord.

A visitation for Viola will be held on Friday, September 5th, 2025 from 4pm to 8 pm at Kane-Jarrett Funeral Home (6191 Yonge Street, Toronto). A funeral service and reception will take place on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at 11am at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home. This will be followed by an interment service at Elgin Mills Cemetery (1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill).
