Mrs. Yan Fong Wong

A public visitation for Mrs. Wong will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2M4K4.

It will be followed by a Christian funeral service on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, also at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2M4K4.

A cremation / committal service will follow on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Highland Hills Crematorium, 12492 Woodbine Ave, Gormley, ON L4A 2K4.

Mrs. Wong will be privately laid to rest in Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON, M2H 3K4 on a subsequent date.

Born in Hong Kong, Yan Fong Wong (Chan) is one of four very close siblings. Married in 1965 to Yin Fong Wong, she has a daughter, Vania, and son, Gabriel. She was elated to have two granddaughters, Jacqueline and Annabel, and had spent a significant portion of her time heeding to their beck and call. She is a devout Christian and is dedicated to her beloved church – St. John’s Anglican Church Willowdale. She has graced many, will be sorely missed, but is truly blessed with her closest family beside her when she left.
