

Freddie touched many lives in his 80 years of life. He grew up in Tyler and spent most of his time coaching his sons in all types of sports. He was a very dedicated and influential role model in these young kids' lives.
Freddie is survived by his loving wife, Jewel Marie Sanchez of 60 years; his sister, Lupe Underwood; his three sons: Freddie Sanchez, Jr. and wife Kim of Tyler, Rickey Sanchez and wife Melanie of San Antonio, and David Sanchez and wife Dianne of Alpine and his daughter Teresa Orr of Tyler. He is also survived by six grandkids: Jennifer Biggerstaff, Chad Sanchez, Halie Gaw, Chase Sanchez, Foster Thompson and Ariel Orr and five great grandkids: Aiden and Ainsley Biggerstaff, Alec and Sloane Sanchez and Ava Gaw.
Freddie was extremely loving and proud of all his kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. He was a devout Christian and a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Whitehouse.
Freddie worked most of his life as the Director of Laundry and Linen Services at Mother Frances Hospital and volunteered many years as a board member of the school PTA.
The visitation will be on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5 to 7pm at Lloyd James Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at Lloyd James Funeral Home in Tyler on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 2pm with Father Gus Tharappel officiating. Interment to follow at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 700 Olympic Plaza Circle, Tyler, Texas 75701.
