Brenda Fay Wright of Whitehouse, Texas passed away and met her savior Monday the 19th of June 2023. Brenda was born February 7th 1955 in Texas City, Texas. She grew up in the Pearsol, Texas area. Brenda went to St. Phillips College, and got her nursing degree from Winter Garden Medical Center School for Nursing in Dilley, Texas in 1976. She worked as a nurse for 47 years chose the geriatric path because of her passion for the elderly. She was preceded in death By her mother and father, four brothers, and two sisters. She is survived by her loving husband David Wright, her son Ken and wife Amber Crawford of Rosanke, Texas, one daughter, Tracy Ellen of Jarrel, Texas, sister Linda and husband Carl Owen of Winona Texas, Brother John Smith, and DeWayne and wife Wendi Smith. She also had seven grandchildren. Brenda loved her Lord and spent all of her life sharing that with every person she came into contact with. The family would like to thank the staff at St. David Hospital in Georgetown, Texas for the care and compassion Brenda in her final days. Also to David Wilson with Lloyd James Funeral home for the compassion and guidance in the funeral process Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at Lloyd James Funeral Home 1011 East First Street, Texas. Visitation will be from 12-1 July 1st and the funeral will begin at 1pm. Interment will be in Whitehouse, Texas on Memory Lane. In lieu of flowers, consider volunteering occasional at your local nursing home.
