

Fred was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Judy Graham; his parents, Henry and Euva Graham; and his siblings Nell Smith, Bessie Sbravati, and Ralph Graham.
He is survived by his sons Dr. Bradley Graham and his wife Kendra, and Michael Graham and his wife Yvette. He leaves behind a cherished legacy through his grandchildren: Nathan Graham and his wife Staci, Rachael Graham, Brandt Graham and his wife Kaitlan, Zachary Graham and his wife Bailey, and Hannah Graham. Fred was also blessed with four great grandchildren: Drew, Nora, Jack, and Mia Graham.
A proud graduate of Mississippi State University, Fred dedicated more than 30 years of his career to work connected with NASA, contributing to the Gemini, Apollo, and Space Shuttle programs, including time spent in Mission Control. His commitment to exploration and innovation reflected the same steady determination he carried throughout his life.
Fred honorably served his country in both the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps, embodying the values of service, discipline, and patriotism. His faith was central to his life, and he served faithfully as a Deacon in his church for many decades.
An avid outdoorsman, Fred found joy in nature and treasured time spent with family at his ranch in East Texas. Above all, he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather whose love, steadiness, and quiet strength shaped generations.
A celebration of Fred’s life will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas.
Fred’s life was one of service—service to his family, his country, his church, and the mission of exploration that defined his career. His legacy lives on in the family he loved so deeply and the countless lives he impacted
Services will be held on Saturday, February 14th @11:30 am at Colonial Hills Baptist Church with Pastor Jason White officiating, under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
