Linda June Dudley Nelson

Linda June was born in Whitehouse, Texas on January 23, 1945. She attended school in Whitehouse and retired from General Electric. She was a member of the Whitehouse Church of Christ. She loved the Lord and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Norman Elwood and Georgia Helen Dudley.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Kenneth Nelson of Whitehouse; daughters and son-in-laws Cheryl and Johnny Theiring, Whitehouse; Lisa and Hal Wells, Gladewater; brothers and sister-in-laws Jim and Bennie Dudley, Tyler; Doug and Lynn Dudley, Tyler; Jerry and Debra Dudley, Tyler; sister and brother-in-law Cathy and Blue Martin, Whitehouse; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Wayne and Ruby Nelson, Irving. Grandchildren – Ashley Jennings, Tim Fisher, Austin Jennings, Jordan Wells, Ben Theiring (wife Bethany), Drew Theiring, Sydney Theiring, Amanda Theiring, Jason Theiring, and Trevor Theiring. Great Grandsons – Colten Shelton and Carson Theiring. Grand-friends – Clari Sandoval and Gabriel Sandoval; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 2, from 6-8 p.m. at Lloyd James Funeral Home in Tyler, Texas. A graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 11:00 a.m., at Whitehouse Cemetery with Brother Sherman Mayfield officiating. Honorary pallbearers are grandsons Tim, Austin, Jordan, Jason, and Trevor.
