Graveside services for Mary Sharon Berry 74, of Tyler are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Colfax Cemetery in Canton with Rev. David Mahfood officiating under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
Mrs. Berry passed away on Sunday January 15, 2012 in Tyler.
She was born on January 9, 1938 in Rusk County to the late Oran L. and Elizabeth Clements Roddy. She was a homemaker and a member of Tyland Baptist Church. She graduated from Tyler High School in 1956.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Berry on September 15, 2007; brother Larry Roddy and sister Judy Whisenhunt.
She is survived by her sons Mike, Tim and Jeff Berry; grandchildren, Nicole and Jessica Berry, Kristi Berry, Monica Murphy, Zachary Murphy; daughter-in-law, Claire Berry, brother, Jerry T. Roddy; niece, Mary K. Shepard and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Tim Berry, Jeff Berry, Zachary Murphy, Jesse Dike, Kelley Thompkins and Dean Tompkins.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
