Graveside services for Phillip Mark Bailey, 65 of Tyler are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Cathedral in the Pines Memorial Gardens, under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
He passed away, on Tuesday, February 20, 2025 in Tyler. Mr. Bailey was born August 3, 1959 in Tyler to Ronny and Wanda Bailey. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. He worked for over 40 years in various industries, working in construction and as a mechanic.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Bailey; by a brother, Steve Bailey and wife, Julie and by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronny Bailey and Sister, Karen Deramus.
