Captain Carmine Michael Flora died on March 2, 2008. He was born in Jersey City and was raised Union City before moving to Jackson 22 years ago. Carmine was a Captain with the North Hudson Fire Deptment serving for over 27 years. He was also Fire Commisioner for the Township of Jackson.
Carmine is survived by his wife Linda (nee Kasas) Flora and his daughter Jennifer Lynne Flora. He is the brother of Peter J. Flora and Mary Nardone.
The funeral will be on Friday 3/7/08 at 11:30am at St. Anthony Church in Union City with the cremation to follow. Arrangements under the direction of Leber Funeral Home in Union City, NJ.
