Santa Mastrofilippo 74, of Forked River, passed away on Tuesday 8/16/16. She was born in Union City and lived for many years in Weehawken before moving to Forked River 15 years ago. Santa was a secretary for the Weehawken Town Clerk for 10 years before retiring in 2001.
Santa was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Mastrofilippo. She was the devoted mother of Angela Santoro and husband Amalio and Joseph C. Mastrofilippo and wife Melba. She was beloved by her twin sister Angelina Gallotti and brothers, Vincent and Donald Caratozzolo. She was also the loving grandmother of Antonia, Dominic and Joseph Santoro and Giselle Mastrofilippo.
The funeral will be on Friday 8/19/16 at 8:30am from the Leber Funeral Home then to St. Lawrence Church where at 9:30am a mass will be offered. The entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum. The visitation will be on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
