Carl S. Hildebrand

Carl S. Hildebrand, 60, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to Hilmar & Catherine Hildebrand on January 23, 1963. He was married to Kristen Hildebrand.

Carl worked as a Grocery Manager with H-E-B for 44 years. He had a passion for hunting and fishing. Being with his friends and family was always a priority for him.

Carl was preceded in death by his mother Catherine Rose (Jendrusch) Hildebrand and his father Hilmar Alois Hildebrand. He is survived by his wife, Kristen Hildebrand; his brother Darrell Hildebrand and sister-in-law Sonya Hildebrand; his sister Brenda Hildebrand; his nieces Macie Hildebrand and Kailee Hildebrand; stepson Hunter Watson and his daughter-in-law Lauren Watson; his stepson James Watson and his daughter-in-law Brandi Watson; his grandchildren Bailey Watson, Rylan Watson, Easton Watson, Owen Watson, Parker Watson, and Miles Watson.

A celebration of life for Carl will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148.
