Dianne Gayle Peterson, age 71, passed away peacefully on April 11th, 2025 at her home in Cibolo, Texas. She was born on October 3rd, 1953 in Merced, California to Grace Pearl and Michael Joseph Hallett. She was one of eight children and sister to Karen Hallett, Gary Hallett, Janice Hallett, Keith Hallett, Marybeth Hallett, Teresa Loris, and Lynn Hallett. Dianne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She was married to Gary Peterson and together they raised four children. She spent her career as a respected manager and credentialist. Dianne was a devoted Christian and follower of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cross-stitching with friends, and fellowshipping with her Bible study group.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Peterson, and she is survived by her children Stephen Peterson, Catherine Peterson, Bradley Peterson, his wife Michal Taylor, Nicholas Peterson, his wife Lyndsay Peterson; and her grandchildren Tristan Peterson and Milayna Peterson. Dianne will be remembered for her optimism, quiet strength, and the countless ways she showed her love.
Services will be held at Colonial Funeral Home in Universal City, TX on April 25th, 2025 at 10:00am.
