

Skip was born March 14, 1929 in Winchester, NH to Howard and Eileen Little. He married his first wife, Jane, soon after joining the Air Force where he served for 21 years. His military service included assignments in Japan, Canada, and Germany, as well as an asst. professor at Princeton. After he retired, he started a second career in San Antonio working for Information Services Inc developing personnel management software. In 1994 he stopped being an employee as he and Jane started a craft business both creating and selling a variety of crafts around Texas. In 1999, they moved into the ARC and began a life of RV-ing around the country. Jane passed in 2004 at the ARC after 50 years of marriage.
Skip and Jane had two children - their son Brian and their daughter Karen.
Skip was actively involved in Kiwanis for several decades reaching the position of Governor over Texas and Oklahoma.
Skip married his current wife, Charlet, in 2005 and they both continued to live at the ARC.
He is survived by his current wife Charlet Little and his son Brian. He was blessed with four grandchildren - Rocco DeFelice, Amanda Pollard, Amber Rossman, and Brittany Brath, and two great grandchildren - Blair and Vera
Funeral services will be held Tuesday Jan 7th at 2:00 PM in the ARC chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ARC Kiwanis club.
