Jacklyn Ruth Spiva Wilson of Universal City passed away on Wednesday, January 08, 2014 at the age of 58. She is preceded in death by her son Adam Hess; sister Dianne Cole and grandson Porter Stone. She is survived by her loving husband of 14 years Bill Wilson; former husband Dale Hess; father Clayton Spiva; mother Belva Spiva; brothers Clayton Spiva, Jr and Mark Spiva; sister Lisa Coldwell; daughter Amber Stone; stepdaughter April Wilson; stepson Paul Wilson; grandchildren Heather, Pierce, Caleb, Preston, Zachary and Phillip. Jacklyn was the former Executive Director of the American Volkssport Association, a national non-profit association of walking clubs. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. A private interment will be held at the Bluffton Cemetery at a later date.
