Laeard Khumphao was born Nov.22nd, 1942, the oldest child of Aun and Chalam Khumphao.
She was united in marriage to Ursel Cline July 29th, 1971. He preceded her in death, Nov. 26th of 2013. They were married for 42 blissful years.
Mrs. Cline was born, raised, and educated in Bangkok, Thailand where she met Ursel Cline, a soldier serving in the U.S. Military, while she was working as a waitress.
Mrs. Cline was a devout Buddhist and active member of the Buddhist Temple, where she was a pillar of the Thai community. She loved gardening, and socializing and was an amazing cook who enjoyed spicy foods and preparing meals for her family and endless friends.
Mrs. Cline was a wonderfully devoted mother and grandmother with a fiery attitude and sense of humor. She was strong, determined, compassionate and fiercely independent.
Laeard Cline "Yai", is survived by her son Nipon Sudsanguan, and three daughters Navarat "Mam" Hongtong, Patricia Deptawa, and Deborah Bjorgo. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren Mos Sudsanguan, Mac Sudsanguan, Mic Sudsanguan, Mart Sudsanguan, Lela Hongtong, Mye Mye Hongtong, Jarred Deptawa, Matthew Deptawa, Isabel Saldana, and William Bjorgo, plus many nieces and nephews. All of whom she loved and touched deeply. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts."

Followed by lunch at Acenar restaurant on the Riverwalk downtown at noon."
