Martha Lynn Smith Bartelson

Lynn was a devout Christian from a young age. She married Bill Smith at the age of 21 and proceeded to have and raise four children. Several years after the passing of her first husband, she met and married the second love of her life at church, Leo Bartelson. Lynn was most passionate about Jesus and sharing his love with others.

She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, William Smith, second husband, Leo Bartelson; son, Sheldon Smith and grandson, Cole Smith.

Lynn leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Glenn Smith, Bonnie Green and her husband, Ron, Brian Smith and his wife, Carmen; sister, Colleen Clarke; grandchildren, Ronald Green, Jr., Jennifer Green, Krystal Svangren, West Smith, Hannah Smith, Amy Smith, Alan Smith; great grandchildren, Ariella Svangren, Caleb Svangren, Raylie Svangren, Ellie Svangren, Benjamin Svangren, Brinley Green, Navy Smith and Maze Smith.

A funeral service for Lynn will be conducted by Pastor Matt Green on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148.
