Melba Sue Dugan

She is survived by her children, Dawn Dugan (Jimmy) Taylor, Randal (Karie) Dugan, grandchildren Sarah (Larry) Jones, Justin Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Riley Dugan, Rhiannon Todd, John Todd, great grandchildren Blake Taylor, Jaidyn Taylor, Mazikeen Todd-Archulta and her sisters Margie (Cal) Wheeler and Bonnie Wagner along with many nieces, nephews and family by both blood and bond.

Melba was predeceased by her parents Elbert and Dorothy Cooper Flora, siblings Jimmy Dale Flores, Johnny Ray (Rita) Flores, Lois Rae (Cole) Brown, George Wayne (Mae) Flora, Nelda Gay Nakunz, and brother-in-law Dennis Wagner.

She owned and operated Tuff As Nails in Anchorage, Alaska until her retirement in 2021. She loved her career and customers. Melba loved to bowl and shoot horseshoes in her spare time.
