Michael Wade Cole

Michael Wade Cole, 51 years of age, passed away on June 5th 2017. Michael was preceded in death by his brother David Scott Cole; and grandparents, Alfred and Margret Cole, and James and Janet Milton.

He is survived by his parents Barry Eugene Cole and Mary Elizabeth Cole; his sons Justin Polk and Mike Cole; sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Joe Cavazos; uncle and namesake Michael Wayne Cole; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Michael was born on January 15, 1966 at South Ruislip Air Station near London, England. He spent his childhood as a military dependent on bases in Europe, New York and Nebraska. He graduated from Bellevue East High School in 1984 and spent time living in Oklahoma, Virginia and California before moving to central Texas. We pray that he has joined his younger brother and grandparents and is at peace with our Savior in Heaven.

Rosary and visitation will be between 5 and 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2017 at Colonial Funeral Home in Universal City. Funeral Services will be on Monday, January 12, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Saint Monica’s Catholic Church in Converse followed by interment at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery in Selma.
