Philip is survived by: parents, John and Ellen Kilian; sisters, Tricia Kilian and Karen Armstrong; brother-in-law, Evan Armstrong; nieces, Alissa Kilian, Gilian Armstrong and Emily Armstrong; nephew, John Armstrong; and great niece, Vivian Lawson.
A luncheon will be held at 12:30 pm Friday, February 22, 2019 at Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church with a memorial to follow at 1:30 pm at the church.
