Steven Dickenson

Steven Dickenson died in the early hours Monday September 3, 2012 at his home. Steve was a beloved spouse, father and grandpa. Steve was a proud veteran who served his country in the United States Air Force. Woodworking and watching the Redskins play were two of Steve’s biggest passions. Steven was born on May 26, 1959 in Takoma Park, Maryland. Steve was preceded in death by both his parents Robert Stanley Dickenson and Helen Elizabeth Dickenson. Steve is survived by his wife Judy Marie Dickenson, three children Kori Staton, Jennifer Kammeyer and Wade Knoke, six grandchildren, Justin Staton, Brady Staton, Tyler Staton, Nicholas Knoke, Cara Knoke, Vincent Kammeyer, step-mother, Emily Dickenson, two brothers, Stan Dickenson (MaryAnn Dickenson), Bruce Dickenson, two sisters, Jane Dickenson, Jennifer Perrotti (Tony Perrotti), a brother-in-law Bryan Lerdall (Penny Laganiere), a sister-in-law Diane Nelson, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. A graveside service with military honors will be held Friday, September, 14, 2012 at 1:45 P.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. A celebration of Steve’s life will be held on Friday September 14 at 7:00 PM at the home of Judy Dickenson, 217 Ralston Converse, TX 78109.
