Woodrow " Woody" Willetts

Woodrow “Woody” Willetts passed away on Thursday September 6, 2012 at the age of 80. He was born on December 16, 1931 in Brunswick County, North Carolina to Phinis and Rosie (Reaves) Willetts. He was a beloved member of the Carrollton, Texas Masonic Lodge No. 1400 A.F. and A.M. and a member of the Alzafar Shrine. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William and George; and sister Rosie (Eveleen). He is survived by his wife of 45 years Becky Willetts; brothers, Walter Willetts (wife Kay) and Hilton Willetts all of Wilmington, North Carolina; sisters-in-law, Mary Willetts of Goldsboro, North Carolina and Betty Willetts of Winnabow, North Carolina; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A visitation will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2012 starting at 11:00 AM with a funeral service starting at 1:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Friday September 14, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Coble-Ward Funeral Home 603 Ocean Highway West, Supply, North Carolina with a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Zion Methodist Church 6864 Zion Church Road, Leland, North Carolina. Interment will follow at the church cemetery with full Masonic and Military honors.
