Annie Mildred Sackstein, 90, passed away in Virginia Beach on Thursday, June 30, 2016. She was born in North Carolina to the late Thaddius and Leslie Hunt. She was also predeceased by her husband of 27 years, Howard Sackstein; siblings, Shirley Nicholson, Luther Hunt, Arlene Hunt, Lucy Zaba, Len Hunt and Julia Oxendine. Mildred loved gardening in her spare time and worked as a seamstress most of her life. She is survived by her two sisters, Gerlean Menchoffer and Ruby Revels as well as many nieces and nephews.
