Betty J. Hogge Roach, 87, passed away on Oct. 4, 2018. She was born on Dec. 28, 1930 to the late Mary M. and George W. Hogge in Virginia Beach, VA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Lee Combs; son, Lee Combs; and daughters, Alice Combs and Patsy Reed.
She is survived by her daughters, Jozie Harris and her husband Tony, Nancy Combs, and Elizabeth Marlowe; her step-daughter; step-son; great-granddaughter, Vanessa Reed; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
