Cecilia A. Houston, a Devoted Wife, a Loving Mom, a Wonderful Daughter, an Amazing Nana, a Supportive Sister, at the age of 76, She has gone home to be with the Lord. Mrs. Houston passed on Saturday at her home in Chesapeake, Virginia surrounded by her family. Cecilia was a Licensed Cosmetologist, a Seamstress, received her Associates degree in Bookkeeping and her Medical Assistant Certification. She was born on July 22, 1948 in the Philippines to Armando Andres and Ana Gamboa Andres.
Left to honor her memory, are her daughter, Katherine Houston Grobes and her husband, William E., IV; two grandchildren, William E. Grobes, V and Alexis C. Grobes; Brother, Marceliano G. Andres and his wife Erlinda R. Andres who still resides in Virginia Beach, VA. Nephew, Howard N. R. Andres and his wife Kelly Chen Andres and Children Bella and Nico Andres; Nephew, Michael R. Andres and Niece, Maera R. A. Panaguiton and her husband Ramel. Along with a Host of Cousins & Relatives.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 23, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. 23462. The Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
