Deborah Ann Cox, 55, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2010. She was born on September 19, 1955 in Key West Florida. Debbie was born and raised a “Conch”. She enjoyed relaxing with family and friends at home and long walks on the beach as well as boat rides in the Florida Keys. Debbie worked at the Oceana Naval Exchange for 16 years. She was dearly loved by her family and will always be remembered.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband and best friend of 15 years, Jimmy D. Cox of Virginia Beach, her children, Teresa Kelly her children, Jason Adams, Marissa Pieno and Scott Pieno; Patrick Kelly his wife Megan and soon to be grandson Woodley who is due in March; Kimberly Gonzalez her son, Eli Gonzalez; and her youngest daughter Sandy Adams; her mother, Jean Lowe “Mom”; sister, Lynn McNeil; brothers, Charles Lowe and Michael Lowe; her beloved four legged best friends, Fife and Mickey and a host of other loving family and friends.
