Earl retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard after twenty-six years of service.
Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-six years Lorraine Baker; a daughter Tanya Cook and husband Richard; a grandson Jacob Cook and a granddaughter Brittany Cook.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 11 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park.
