Elkins Byers peacefully departed this life on January 18, 2015. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home 601 N. Witchduck Rd VA Beach, VA, where a funeral service will be conducted on January 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
