A native of West Virginia Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, John Moses and Opal May Miller and a daughter Linda Blake Newsome.
Survivors include three children, Cathy J. Williams, Judy Fry, and Frederick Scott Williams.
Inurnment will be private at Rosewood Memorial Park Mausoleum.
