Continuing his commitment to learning, Harley graduated from Strayer College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Harley's adventurous spirit took him across the globe, with cherished memories of travels to Europe, Italy, Germany, and beyond. Among his family's fondest recollections are their camping trips in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, where they marveled at the majestic glaciers and mountains.
A man of many talents, Harley held a Cessna pilot's license, enabling him to soar through the skies in a twin-engine aircraft. He also nurtured a deep appreciation for music, having been a band student under the tutelage of his father, who was a band director. Harley played the clarinet, an instrument that no doubt brought joy to both himself and those around him.
