Harvey Lee Elliott

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father. Harvey Lee Elliott who left us on July 26th 2024 at the age of 89. He was surrounded by his loving wife Judy and his children in his final moments.

Harvey was a hard working man. He was a Body shop Foreman for Charlie Falk's Auto for well over 40 years. He was a man of immense humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with his family and enjoyed building a race car with his sons and racing at Dixie Land speedway on Friday nights. He spent weekends with his close friends, Coley Burnette and James Denton. The three were inseparable. They were always together going out for breakfast, singing and boating down Northwest River together, which earned them the nickname" The Three Musketeers" He was deeply loved and will be missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Judy T. Elliott; his sons, Harvey L. Elliott Jr. and his wife Frances Elliott; John Elliott and Tom Elliott; daughters, Renee L. MacMillan and her husband, Ray; and Terry Leavitt and her husband Andrew; brother, Jimmy Elliott and his wife Dotsie Elliott; and sisters, Chris Skinner and Patricia Lowe; grandchildren, Shannon Welch, Owen Elliott, Amanda Elliott, Ashley Coponiti, Nick Elliott and Andy Leavitt; and great grandchildren, Beylee Welch, Gabby Hensley, Gaven Rider, Kiley Rider, Harleigh Coponiti, Waylon Elliott, Kian Ghameshlouy, Cole Elliott and Taylor Elliott; and nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life for Harvey will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. A burial will occur at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
