W. Howard Nosay, 59, passed away suddenly on March 1, 2015. He was born July 19, 1955 in Virginia Beach. In 1973 he graduated from Floyd E. Kellam H.S. Howard was the owner/president of Builders Plaster & Drywall, LLC, where he was a Class A Contractor. He was a classic car enthusiast and a member of many car clubs. Howard won numerous awards for his classic car restorations.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Terri; daughter, Jenah Porter; son, Evan Nosay; step-son, Edward Stockunas Jr.; step-daughter, Michelle Spangenburg; father, Walter Nosay; mother Shirley Kimball; brother, Burt Sandow; sister, Teresa (Twiggs) Underwood; and eight grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sat., March 7, 2015 between 2 pm and 4pm at Howard and Terri’s residence. Upon Howard’s death he was able to give the gift of life to others through LifeNet. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.
