Irene Cayetano Mesina

She was born to the late Eleuterio and the late Maximina Cayetano in Agoo, La Union, Philippines on May 5, 1937. She was married to her late husband, Teofilo Pascual Mesina, for 53 blessed years; and was a loving mother to Armando (wife Eileen), MaryAnn (husband Victor), and Catherine (husband James III). She loved and adored her grandchildren: Lauren, Madeline, James IV, Victor Alexander, Anneliese, and Grayson. She is also survived by her sisters Norma and Beverly; her brothers Alfredo and Romeo; and many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Francisco, Esther, and Arthur.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11 from 5-7pm at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12 at 10am at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 3314 Sandra Lane, Virginia Beach followed by an escorted procession to Rosewood Memorial Gardens for committal service at 631 N.
