Irving Earl Jones, III aka Earl Jones, of Norfolk, VA, just 64 years old, passed away Sunday morning, October 24th, 2021 at Sentara Norfolk General. His life partner and family are deeply saddened by his sudden death. He was born on July 16th, 1957, attended Kempsville High School and ODU, and lived in Norfolk and Virginia Beach the majority of his life.
Earl owned Outright Books and retired later as a Real Estate Agent with William E.Wood. Earl was always so meticulous and genuinely concerned with all his customers and clients.
Anyone who knew Earl was touched by his acts of kindness, humor, and generosity. He was always putting others ahead of himself and was always a source of positivity.
He is survived by his life partner of thirty-five years, Kevin Metz. His mother, Frances Jones and sisters, Kimberly Westmoreland and Michelle LeBoffe; nephews Alexander LeBoffe, Austin Westmoreland; niece Brittaney Ryker and an aunt Janet Burke. We will all miss him more than words can say.
A graveside service will be held Friday, November 19, 3:00 p.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park.
