Janice Fay Ann Burns, 84, passed away on February 16, 2022. She was born in Norfolk, VA to the late John and Antoinette Clark. Janice was a military wife who traveled the world with her husband throughout his career; while he was on tour, she raised four children by herself.
Janice was predeceased by her loving husband of 49 years in 2005, Charles Edward Burns; sons, Donald Burns and Mark Burns.
Left to cherish her memory are 2 children, Crystal Burns Vivlamore (Michael) of Palm Coast, FL and Henry Burns (Suzanne) of Apex, NC; 6 grandchildren, Matthew, Nicole, Travis, Tyler, Madison and Morgan; and 1 great grandchild, Grace.
A graveside service will be private in Rosewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Norfolk Zoo. You may offer condolences at www.kellumfuneralhome.com
