Jeffrey Joseph Stallings, born March 12, 1983, went home to be with Jesus, his Lord and Savior, earlier this week. Jeff had a contagious smile and a loving, kind-hearted spirit. He was greatly loved, adored and cherished by his family and friends. Jeff is survived by his parents, Steve and Jeanette Stallings; sisters, Jenny and her husband Tommy, and Natalie and her husband Dave; five nieces and nephews, Thomas, Reese, David, Michael, Allie; grandparents Howard Phillips (Doris – deceased), and Clyde and Margie Stallings. Jeff will be remembered by his loved ones as such a special treasure given to them by God.
A visitation will be Friday, April 22 from 6-7:30 pm at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be Saturday, April 23 at 12:30 pm, First Baptist Church Norfolk, 312 Kempsville Rd, Norfolk with burial to follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. Reception after burial at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered in Jeff’s name to First Baptist Church Norfolk Preschool or Student Ministry.
