Jim was preceded in death by his father, John L. Brown, Sr. and brother, David P. Brown. He is survived by his wife, Faye Luther Brown; his mother, Ruby Brown; daughter, Jeni Brown Kendall; son, Tom Brown and his wife, Laurie; grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Carson and Cody; brother, John Brown and wife, Becky; sister-in-law, Loretta Brown; life-long friends, Rusty and Donna Thousand; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday at Rosewood Memorial Park.
